This Privacy Notice for California Residents (“Notice”) supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Mako CRM Systems, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) located at makocrmsystems.com/privacy/ca regarding www.makocrmsystems.com (the “Website”), and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. The Company adopts this notice in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”), and other California privacy laws. Any terms contained herein shall have the same meaning as set forth in the CCPA.

When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. You have the right to request access to the personal information we may have collected about you. Requests to access your personal information may be submitted up to two times in a rolling 12-month period. In response, we will return to you the following categories of information, to the extent required by law: the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources for that personal information, the purposes for which we use that information, the categories of third parties with whom we disclose the information, and the categories of information that we sell or disclose to third parties.
You have the right to ask that we delete your personal information. Once we receive a request, we will delete the personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and direct our service providers to do the same, subject to certain exceptions. We may deny your request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
California residents have the right to request that we stop selling or sharing your personal information. This right to stop sharing refers specifically to cross-context behavior advertising, which is the targeting of advertising to a consumer based on the consumer's personal information obtained from the consumer's online activity across numerous websites. However, please know we do not currently sell or share data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.
You have the right to ask that we correct the personal information that we may have collected about you that is inaccurate.
You have the right to ask that we limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to certain purposes permitted by law.

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information's value and contain written terms that describe the program's material aspects. California residents also have the right to request that we provide you with a list of certain categories of personal information we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and the identity of those third parties.
